How WellCatholic handles directory use and provider applications.
Public directory information
Provider profiles are public and may contain professional contact details, credentials, locations, specialties, websites, and practice descriptions supplied by providers or retained from prior public directory records.
Information you submit
When a provider submits an application, WellCatholic stores the submitted professional and contact information privately in WordPress for review. It is not published automatically. We may use it to evaluate the application, request clarification, prevent abuse, and maintain directory records.
Basic technical information
Our hosting and security services may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamps to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and investigate failures. The application form uses a short-lived anti-duplicate signal.
Healthcare information
Do not submit private medical, psychological, or spiritual-care information through a provider application or ordinary email. WellCatholic is a directory and is not a clinical service, emergency service, or patient portal.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell provider applications. Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, or operate the site, or disclosed when legally required. We retain application and directory information as reasonably needed for review, recordkeeping, security, and site operation.
Your choices
Providers may request corrections or removal of directory information. Contact hello@wellcatholic.com. We may need to verify identity or authority before changing a record.
Children and emergencies
The site is not directed to children under 13. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource; do not rely on this site.

We may update this notice as the service evolves. The date above shows the latest revision.
