Care in their own words
I am a practicing Catholic Therapist with over 30 years of experience in the field of Vision Therapy which was founded by John Powell, S.J. Essentially, Vision Therapy is largely based on Albert Ellis's Hypothesis in Rational Emotive Therapy. In essence, I help clients discover their underlying negative attitudes which contribute directly to their emotional/psychological disorders and feelings of insecurity, guilt, and anxiety.
