Care in their own words
I assist clients with marriage difficulties, pre-marital assistance (Prepare/Enrich certified), and divorce/separation distress. I counsel adults and teens (13 and older) with low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, family problems, life struggles, work stress, abuse, in addition to other life issues. As a Catholic I welcome your faith into the counseling setting as we explore your difficulties.
